We would like to thank a good samaritan for removi

We would like to thank a good samaritan for removing this little duck from the road after he and his family were hit by a car earlier this morning. We affectionately named him Jersey Mike as the good samaritan was able to contain him in a Jersey Mike’s Subs box when they brought him in. He had several concerning injuries but we were hopeful he would pull through. Unfortunately he crossed the rainbow bridge to be with his brother and sisters this afternoon. Rest in peace Jersey Mike, you were greatly loved in your brief time in this world.

We will be running a “clipping claws for a cause” fundraiser on Saturday November 18th from 8 am to 2 pm to raise money to help support her during this difficult time.
